1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TherapyShadchan ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Platform Description
TherapyShadchan is an online marketplace that connects families with speech and occupational therapists. The Platform facilitates introductions between families seeking therapy services and licensed therapists who offer those services.
3. No Guarantee of Services
TherapyShadchan does not provide therapy services directly. We serve as a directory and referral platform. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any therapist listed on the Platform. All therapy services are provided independently by the listed therapists.
4. Therapist Vetting
While we conduct a basic review of therapist credentials and license information, this review is not a comprehensive background check. We encourage families to independently verify credentials, check references, and perform their own due diligence before engaging any therapist. TherapyShadchan makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of information provided by therapists.
5. Limitation of Liability
TherapyShadchan, its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or from any therapy services obtained through the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for personal injury, emotional distress, loss of data, or any other losses.
6. Right to Remove Listings
TherapyShadchan reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any therapist listing at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide a reason for any such decision. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
7. Therapist Obligations
Therapists listed on the Platform agree to provide accurate and current information, maintain valid and active professional licenses, carry appropriate professional liability insurance, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing their practice.
8. Payment Terms
Therapists are required to pay a subscription fee to maintain their listing on the Platform after their profile has been approved. Subscription fees are non-refundable. TherapyShadchan reserves the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
9. Private Pay
All therapy services facilitated through the Platform are private pay only. TherapyShadchan does not process insurance claims, coordinate benefits, or handle payments between families and therapists.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TherapyShadchan, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your interaction with any therapist or family through the Platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
